Latest Waymire Prayer Letter

   Dear Friends,

   I must begin by apologizing that our prayer letter is later than usual, this time. We have been in meetings, delivering Scripture to many of our Seed-line Churches, and both of us have had a bout with pneumonia. We are doing better now, and preparing to go to Georgia, Tennessee, Arkansas and Missouri for meetings for the next three months. Please pray that we will have meetings where God will come and meet with us, so that we might be a blessing to others, and see souls saved.

   God has blessed the Scripture printing in a special way in recent days with a new printing of Spanish and English Gospels of John and Romans coming of the press, and now being collated by our helping Churches. We are now raising funds for the next load of paper for the next printing. Recently we had a man to commit to match any gift up to $4500.00 given to buy paper. Anyone want to get in on the blessing, and accept the challenge? Please pray about what God would have you, or your Church to do in helping meet the need. The last truck load cost $.39 per pound totaling over $18,000.00 for the entire truck load.

   We are also praying about our on personal support level to increase so that we can meet the rising cost of being on the road. We must not cease to meet the many needs of struggling churches, Pastors, and Missionaries who are depending on us to help them meet the need for the printed Word of God. We will need to either spend more money on the old travel trailer for several needed repairs, or find a newer one with less miles so that we can stay on the road. The old one is going on ten years old, and has many hard miles on it. We are not asking for a new one, or one of luxury, but just a better one with more, much needed room. We will be setting up a special fund for a different trailer if you would like to help. Just designate it for the "Trailer Fund".

   We are inviting each of you to attend the "BEARING PRECIOUS SEED CONFERENCE," on June 1st & 2nd, at the SWEET SPRINGS BAPTIST CHURCH in Huntsville, MO. this spring. On June 2nd, we will send out from that conference a container of John and Romans in the Tamil language to Brother Justus Banuel in India. Please come and enter into the excitement and joyous occasion as we all gather around the container after it is loaded, laying hands on the container and praying for souls to be saved as these Gospels arrive and are distributed in India. If you can come, contact us and we will put you in touch with Pastor Gibson for information on accommodations in the area.

   Please be much in prayer for Brother Samuel Martin and his family as he prepares to be activated into full time service in the U.S. Army this month of February, and will leave the middle of March for a year in Afghanistan. Pray for his safety and for each of his family members as they are apart during this time. Pray also for the ministry of B.P.S., that he and Barbara have so faithfully and successfully carried on since the home-going of Brother William Byers. Hundreds of thousands have been saved in many places through their leadership in this great ministry. The ministry will continue while he is away. I, with the help of other faithful men, will assume the responsibility of keeping things going here on the home front while Samuel is on the battlefield fighting to keep our Nation free from those who would destroy every Christian, Church, and Bible in our land if we don't stop them on their mad march to do so. I believe that we can do our part in this war by getting the Word of God to those very people so that they might have an opportunity to be saved. We have many Pastors and Laymen who have promised to help us as we carry on the ministry in Samuel's absence.
