I BELIEVE:

1. In the divine Word of God, every word inspired, and in the preservation of the Bible; that it is absolutely without error; that God has perfectly preserved His Word for us today in the King James Bible of 1611 for the English language; (II Tim. 3:16,17; Prov. 30:5,6; Psalm 12:6,7; Psalm 100:5).

2. That there is only one true God, yet He manifests Himself in three equal persons - God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit; (Deut. 6:4; Matt. 28:19,20; Acts 5:3,4; I Cor. 8:6).

3. That God created the world in six, literal, 24 hour days; (Gen. 1 & 2; Ex. 20:11; Acts 14:15).

4. In Jesus Christ as true God and true man, in His virgin birth, His sinless life, His voluntary, substitutionary death and blood sacrifice as the all-sufficient payment for the sins of all mankind, His bodily resurrection, His ascension into Heaven, His present advocacy for the saints, and His physical, pretribulational, premillennial return; (Rom. 1:3,4; Matt. 1:20-23; Heb. 4:15; John 3:16; I John 2:2; Matt. 28; Acts 1:9; Heb 7:25; Rev. 11 & 12; Col. 1:14; I Thes. 4 & 5).

5. That man was created in the image and likeness of God. Though created sinless, by Adam's voluntary sin, this sin resulted in the depravity of all mankind, which brought about his need of salvation; (Gen. 1:26,27; Gen. 3:1-6; Rom. 5:12-21).

6. That salvation is a free gift available to anyone that repents of their sins and believes on the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior; that anyone truly saved has eternal life and can never lose his salvation; salvation is by grace through faith, completely separate from the works of man; (Luke 13:3; John 3:16; Eph. 2:8,9; Rom. 3:20-22; Rom. 4:23-25; I John 5:11,12; I Cor. 15:1-4).

7. That the Holy Spirit regenerates a person when he repents of his sin and believes, he permanently indwells the believer to guide, comfort, and teach as the believer yields; (John 16:7-11; Titus 3:5; Rom. 8:9,14; John 14:16,26; Eph. 5:18).

8. In the bodily resurrection of both the believer and the unbeliever; that the believer will live forever with Christ, without sin or its effects; that the unbeliever will be tormented forever in the Lake of Fire and separated from God eternally; (I Cor. 15; Acts 24:15; Rev. 20:7-15; I Thes. 4:13-18).

9. In the two ordinances of the Church - Baptism of the believer by immersion, and communion to be served periodically in the church, symbolizing the death of Jesus Christ for the believer; that these ordinances do not have any atoning power but symbols of Christ's death, burial, and resurrection; (Matt. 28:19; Rom. 6:1; I Cor. 11:17-34).

10. That each and every believer has the responsibility to be a witness of the Gospel in life and word; (Is. 43:10-12; Matt. 28:18-20; Phil. 2:15,16; Acts 8:1-4). I believe that every believer is to present the truth of the gospel, and that it is the Holy Spirit that finishes the work. I do not believe in men talking people into praying a prayer. I believe we can lead men to a false sense of salvation by doing the work without the Spirit of God.

11. That the church is a group of baptized believers who meet together for worship, fellowship, prayer, edification, exhortation, and keeping the ordinances; (Acts 2: 42,46,47; Eph. 4:12-16; Heb. 10:24,25; I Cor. 11:2) that it is the responsibility of every church to send out or help send out missionaries into the whole world for the furtherance of the gospel; (Matt. 28:18-20; Acts 1:8; Acts 13:1-4; I Cor. 9:13, 14; II Cor. 9:7-15).

12. That the primary work of the church is missions. Winning the lost (Jerusalem missions) and training them to win others in the scope of Jerusalem to the uttermost; (Acts 1:8; Matt. 28:19,20; Acts 13) that it is the primary institution, established with authority from the Lord, for all Bible training, and that it is to train, commission and oversee its missionaries and their labor (Act 13).

13. That believers are to separate themselves from the world, from false teachers, from believers causing division, from heretics, etc., which includes apostates, National and World Council of Churches, and those working along with them; (John 2:15-17; II Cor. 6:14; Rom. 16:17,18; I Tim. 6:3-5, 11; Titus 3:10; II John 9-11; Eph.5:3-11).

14. That Satan is a person, the author of sin and the cause of the Fall of Man; that his is the open and declared enemy of God and man; and he shall be eternally punished in the Lake of Fire; (Job 1:6,7; Is. 14:12-17; Matt. 4:2-11; Matt. 25:41; Rev. 20:10).
